What we collect

When you fill out our service form or call us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email if you add it, town, the service you need, your message, and the best time to call. Our website also gets basic technical data like your browser type and IP address, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your request, schedule and perform service, send estimates and invoices, and follow up about the work. We keep records in our customer management system.

Text messages

If you check the text message box on our form, we may text you about your service request, such as scheduling, reminders, and updates. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We only share information with service providers that help us run the business, such as our phone and texting provider and our customer management system, and only so they can provide that service to us.
